There is nothing to download onto a VPS. The terminal runs on an isolated slot Valuera hosts. You manage binds and risk from the console.
Gated and audited
The hard gate blocks OPEN without a stop. Panel actions and routing decisions are retained for 730 days. Failures are visible — not silent.
What this is not
