Content, dashboards, alerts, parsing outcomes and any other technical output made available through Valuera are for informational, operational and instrumental purposes related to use of the platform.
They do not constitute investment advice, a personalised recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments, or an invitation to pursue any specific trading strategy.
No guarantee of results
Past performance, backtest results, simulations and any historical or forward-looking metrics that may be displayed are not reliable indicators of future results.
No guarantee is given as to returns, drawdown containment, order fills or successful outcomes of operations instructed through connected trading environments.
Execution, latency and market risks
Signal routing and execution may be affected by network latency, congestion, maintenance, broker policies, margin refusals, slippage, spread widening, price gaps, volatility and extraordinary market events.
Users must independently assess whether automation parameters, risk limits and configured connections are consistent with their profile, experience and capacity to bear losses.
Reliance on third-party systems and parties
By nature of the service, Valuera depends on third-party infrastructures and integrations, including broker environments, MetaTrader platforms, messaging channels, hosting providers (including Hetzner, Hostinger) and, where used, external processing components.
The Provider is not responsible for outages, API changes, account suspensions, or contractual or technical variations attributable to third parties, nor for events outside its reasonable control.
User responsibility
The user remains fully responsible for financial decisions, legal compliance in their jurisdiction, correct configuration of accounts, permissions, limits and risk controls, and for choosing whether to enable automatic actions (opens, closes, stop/take-profit changes, pending cancellations, and similar).
The platform is intended for persons who understand trading risks and the technological limits of automation. In case of doubt, the user should refrain from live-capital operation and consult independent licensed professionals.
Provider's regulatory perimeter
Valuera operates as a software and infrastructure provider and not as a bank, broker, asset manager or authorised financial intermediary. Any reference to strategies, signal providers or execution flows is technical and descriptive, not advisory.
