What is Valuera, in one sentence?
Valuera is cloud execution for MT5: you name a signal source you already follow and an MT5 account you already own. We host the isolated instance slot. No Expert Advisor to install, no Windows VPS to rent. Risk rules are yours.
Does Valuera provide trading signals?
No. Valuera does not generate, sell, or recommend signals. You choose and connect signal sources yourself: a Telegram channel you follow (Telegram to MT5), your own TradingView strategy (TradingView to MT5), or any system that can send a webhook. Valuera handles only execution.
Which brokers does it work with?
Valuera is broker-agnostic: it works with any broker that offers MetaTrader 5 accounts. You choose the broker, open the account, and provide the trading credentials for the instance you want to connect. We always recommend regulated brokers in reliable jurisdictions.
What do I need to get started?
Three things: an active MT5 account with your broker, at least one signal source you already follow (Telegram, TradingView, or a webhook), and a Valuera subscription. See Telegram to MT5, TradingView to MT5, or the signal copier without a VPS guide. You log in with the broker credentials. We provision the slot and bind the source. Risk rules are yours; from there, execution is automatic.
Can I test the service on a demo account?
Yes, and that is our recommended approach: connect a demo MT5 account first, validate for a few weeks that the signal -> validation -> order flow behaves as expected, then move to a live account. Setup is identical in both cases.
Security
Can Valuera withdraw or move my funds?
No, by design. Funds always remain in your account at your broker. Valuera operates through MT5 trading credentials, which can open and close positions but cannot make withdrawals, wire transfers, or capital movements. We do not custody funds in any form.
How are my account credentials protected?
Credentials are encrypted at rest using server-managed symmetric encryption and are never exposed in plain text in logs or interfaces. Panel access is protected by expiring sessions and every relevant operation is tracked in an audit log.
What happens if a signal is ambiguous or malformed?
It is rejected and logged, not executed. Our parsing engine is conservative: when in doubt, no order. A signal without stop loss, outside your exposure limits, or not clearly mappable to an executable instruction never reaches the market.
Subscription
How do subscription plans work?
Plans are based on the number of instances, meaning connected MT5 accounts. Each plan includes a set number of instances and full access to the execution pipeline; if you need more accounts, you can add extra instances anytime. Updated details are available on the pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription has no lock-in period: you can cancel anytime from the panel and service remains active until the end of the paid billing period. There are no cancellation penalties or complex offboarding procedures.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
When service ends, connected trading credentials are deactivated and removed according to the timelines in the privacy policy. Billing data and legally required logs are retained only for the periods required by applicable law.
What support is included?
All plans include email support and technical documentation for Telegram (Telegram to MT5), TradingView (TradingView to MT5), and custom webhooks. If you are replacing a Windows VPS copy stack, start with signal copier without a VPS. Higher plans include priority response times and dedicated support for initial instance setup.
Compliance
Does Valuera provide financial advice or asset management?
No. Valuera is a technology provider: it executes instructions derived from client-selected sources, according to client-defined rules, on the client's own account. We do not recommend instruments or trades, do not manage capital with discretion, and do not promise returns.
Who is responsible for executed trades?
Investment decisions remain the client's responsibility: choice of signal sources, broker, leverage, and risk settings is entirely theirs. Valuera ensures execution follows the configured rules and provides full traceability for every system decision.
Is leveraged trading suitable for everyone?
No. CFDs and leveraged instruments involve a high risk of rapid capital loss and are not suitable for all investors. Automation improves execution discipline but does not reduce market risk: before trading, assess your experience and loss tolerance.
